1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the btp99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts (also referred to as duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any remaining balances, and a permanent ban from the platform. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

  • All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify btp99 promptly of any changes to your contact information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
  • Any activity conducted from your account is your sole responsibility, including any transactions initiated by persons who have accessed your account with or without your authorisation.

btp99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time. Where KYC documentation is required, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the btp99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). btp99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms govern all financial transactions:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your btp99 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform at the time of the request. btp99 targets same-day processing for verified accounts.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the btp99 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
  • btp99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount within a given period is significant.
  • btp99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, mobile network outages, or bank processing times outside btp99's control.

All funds deposited into your btp99 account must be your own legitimately obtained funds. btp99 does not accept deposits from third parties, and suspected use of fraudulently obtained funds will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

btp99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

  • Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification as required.
  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Misuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of automated software to exploit promotional terms, or collusion between players to manipulate bonus outcomes, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page and may be updated from time to time. btp99 is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for any market or game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btp99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any scripted tool to interact with the btp99 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion.
  • Money laundering or using the btp99 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
  • Providing false or misleading identity, age, or contact information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs in the btp99 platform for financial gain.

btp99 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is identified, btp99 may take action without prior notification to the account holder.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

btp99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity; the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; the account holder has failed to complete required verification; or the continued operation of the account presents a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

You may request the voluntary closure of your btp99 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account that is not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with btp99's Responsible Gaming Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the btp99 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips , game interfaces, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive property of btp99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btp99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the btp99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. btp99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

btp99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, or third-party payment provider outages. In all cases, btp99's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your btp99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

btp99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
